In 2006, she began creating annual vision boards, a practice she continues today, harnessing the power of intention to shape her future.

Certified in Feng Shui since 2011, Sandy integrates its principles into her daily life. She is also a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, having started her Reiki journey in 2012. During her thriving career in real estate, where she also served as an industry leader and Alderman, Sandy encountered health challenges due to stress and burnout. Seeking a transformative change, she discovered sound healing—a practice she instantly connected with. This newfound passion led her to professional training in various sound healing modalities, enabling her to share its transformative benefits with others.

Recently, Sandy opened The Sound Sanctuary in Lake St. Louis, a tranquil space overlooking the lake, dedicated to spiritual healing and growth. The sanctuary hosts a variety of events led by local practitioners, fostering collaboration within the healing community. Sandy continues to balance her dual passions—sound healing and real estate—managing both businesses, which are conveniently located side by side.
